Ambassador Yang Houlan Attends the Celebrating Ceremony of the 56th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and Nepal

On July 11, the celebrating ceremony of the 56th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nepal and the 84th anniversary of the founding of Chinese Liberation Army with almost one hundred attendees was held by Nepal-China Friendship Society. Twelve persons including H.E. Ambassador Yang Houlan, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Mr. Khan, State Minister for Land Reform, Mr. Sherpa, Vice-chairman of Lumbini Development Trust, Mr. Yadav and Mr. Upaya, members of Constitute Assembly of Nepal, and representatives in Lumbini from UCPN-M, CPN (UML), NC, TMDD and commercial organization gave speeches.

On behalf of all attendees, the speakers offered warming congratulations on the 56th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nepal and the 84th anniversary of the founding of Chinese Liberation Army, praised the great achievements and foreign polices of China, spoke highly of the healthy development of Nepal-China traditional friendly relations. They also said Nepali side would like to work together with related partners to further improve the friendly cooperation level in various fields and various levels.

Ambassador Yang expressed thanks to Nepal-China Friendship Society (Lumbini) organize the celebrating program, introduced the developing history of China-Nepal relations which has a sound developing tendency with great potential. As the Chinese ambassador to Nepal, H.E. Yang said he would try his best to constantly push forward the comprehensive partnership relation between China and Nepal.

The atmosphere during the program kept warm and high with rounding brands writing "Long Time of Nepal-China Friendship" and "Sticking to One China Policy".
